About the Team:

The Trading & Market Operations team is the engine of HDEX. We are responsible for managing the exchange's digital asset treasury, ensuring deep liquidity across all trading pairs, and executing high-volume trades with precision. We operate at the intersection of quantitative analysis and market intuition, working in a fast-paced environment to secure the best outcomes for the exchange and our users.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Token Dealer to join our core trading desk. You will be responsible for executing trades, managing liquidity, and handling the exchange’s proprietary digital asset portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong background in traditional finance (securities trading) and a deep passion for the digital asset market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume buy and sell orders for digital assets on our platform and other third-party venues.
• Monitor market volatility, liquidity pools, and order books to ensure market health and identify trading opportunities.
• Assist in managing the exchange's treasury and proprietary trading (prop-trading) portfolio to optimize returns and manage risk.
• Collaborate with the Market Making team to ensure tight spreads and deep liquidity for listed assets.
• Generate regular reports on trading activity, P&L, and market conditions for the Head of Trading.
• Ensure all trading activities are executed in strict compliance with Vietnamese financial regulations and internal policies.

• Mandatory: A valid Stock Dealing Certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề Môi giới Chứng khoán) issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  
  2+ years of professional experience in a trading role (securities, FX, commodities, or cryptocurrency).
• Strong understanding of market structure, order book dynamics, and technical analysis.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and operate with a high degree of integrity.
• Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
