Mô tả công việc

  • Partner with Business Unit leaders to understand performance drivers and financial impact.
  • Define BU objectives and align financial plans with strategic goals.
  • Analyze results, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, forecasts, and financial tracking tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Integrate KPIs into planning, budgeting, and performance review processes.
  • Support accurate financial reporting and promote data-driven decision making.
  • Provide recommendations to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and business processes.
  • Prepare management reports and ensure timely, accurate information delivery.
  • Continuously enhance Finance Business Partnering processes and team capability.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in Auditing, Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, or Financial Modeling is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and BI tools; advanced Power BI skills required.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities; confident working across business functions and management levels.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and business-minded.
  • Fluent in English
