Mô tả công việc
- Identify and approach clients (EPCs, investors, etc.) in the renewable energy sector (solar farms, solar rooftops, etc.).
- Present, promote, and sell solar panel products to both new and existing clients in the domestic market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business improvements.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to expand market presence.
- Report on sales progress, forecasts, and customer interactions to the Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Experience working with investors and project-based customers is a plus.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) for working with foreign partners and technical documents.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically for business purposes.
- Leadership mindset with potential to develop into a team lead role.
