Mô tả công việc

  • Support the sales team in identifying and approaching potential B2B clients.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM database with leads and client information.
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, or product demos (as needed).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Follow up with potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to generate leads.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Eagerness to learn about B2B sales and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
