Sale Support Staff (8 MONTHS CONTRACT)

1. General Purpose of the job:

The overall purpose of this position is to get the best price of most suitable products or services that meet customer request and ensure the procurement process is implemented smoothly and meet the deadline of delivery for customer. This position is also as well as building a good relationship with vendors, partners in long term.

2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support for Sale Team on preparing quotation about IT field, interior, construction by doing below task

- Searching suppliers to select the best one who can provide goods with best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement.

- Have skill of negotiation as well to get competitive price of goods or service from suppliers.

- Develop relationship with suppliers/partners for further business chance.

- Solve the trouble in procurement process if any.

- Making Quotation and Contract and revise upon the request from Front sales or Engineering Team on system.

- Update/changing the price/cost on system if the required scope be changed.

- Consult for Sale team about the business scope, do the right things as company business license.

- Create new customer code on system

- Another task assigned by the Manager

- 2 years of sales support experience, or procurement experience with prior experience in Japanese company

- Knowledge/experience in IT field is advantage

- Able to work in teams as well as independently.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good proficiency in written and spoken English

- Eager to learn new knowledge and have a high sense of self-improvement.
