Mô tả công việc

A. Product registration and declaration:

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Global teams to ensure that all information presented on the product artwork is accurate and in compliance with Vietnam’s product labeling regulations

- Prepare, draft and submit product registration/ declaration dossiers (confectionery, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods) in accordance with laws

- Work directly with the authorities (Ministry Of Health, Food Safety Department, etc.,)

- Monitor the dossier progress and update relevant departments

- Work with Marketing, Logistics and Procurement to ensure product legality before market launch

B. Regulation compliance:

- Ensure imported/ exported products to comply with Vietnamese and international regulations

- Update laws, decrees and circulars related to product declaration and import-export regulations

- Support QA/ QC in maintaining product quality standards

- Provide regulatory advice to other departments when needed

C. Documentation and reporting:

- Maintain legal dossiers and documents systematically

- Prepare periodic reports on product registration/declaration status for management

Yêu cầu

- University degree in Laws, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Food Technology or Business Administration (preferably related fields)

- Have 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration, or Import-Export Compliance (preferably FMCG, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food)

- Skills in handling legal dossiers, attention to detail

- Communication and ability to work with authorities

- Clear communication & problem-solving

- Carefulness, integrity, high responsibility

- Time management & task tracking

- English: reading comprehension for legal documents and dossiers (preferred)
