Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of B2B prospects through LinkedIn, cold email, and events.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients.
  • Track and manage sales progress via CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to support recurring projects.

Operations & Internal Support

  • Support branding activities and client deliver materials (e.g., proposals, decks, reports, case notes) to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives and other tasks as required.

Yêu cầu

  • Vietnamese nationality, Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, and MS Office.
  • Strong research, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting.

Preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Knowledge of ESG and sustainability topics.
  • Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
