Business Development & Client Engagement
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities across key sectors.
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of B2B prospects through LinkedIn, cold email, and events.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients.
- Track and manage sales progress via CRM or tracking sheets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to support recurring projects.
Operations & Internal Support
- Support branding activities and client deliver materials (e.g., proposals, decks, reports, case notes) to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives and other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
- Vietnamese nationality, Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, and MS Office.
- Strong research, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Knowledge of ESG and sustainability topics.
- Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
