The Vispring Brand Manager will be responsible for executing the 2025 strategy to position Vispring as Vietnam’s premier luxury sleep brand. This individual will oversee brand building, sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and operational execution to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a performance-oriented luxury brand marketer with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Brand Development

Lead the rollout of the 2025 Vispring brand strategy in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with EUDS’ overall positioning.

Drive awareness and sales of Vispring through digital, PR, showroom, and partnership channels.

Create and execute KOL and micro-influencer collaborations aligned with brand identity.

Develop cross-sell programs combining Vispring with Italian luxury bedding and other EUDS brands.

Sales & Customer Enablement

Develop and update all sales collateral; ensure the sales team is fully equipped to represent the Vispring brand.

Create and lead a quarterly training program for sales consultants focused on product knowledge, sleep advisory, and client experience.

Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with the annual revenue goal of 20 billion VND.

Showroom Experience & Handover Process

Enhance the Vispring in-showroom experience to highlight customization, natural materials, and the Diamond Majesty.

Refine the customer handover process to ensure it is luxurious, professional, and memorable.

Ensure accurate, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all Vispring orders, working with logistics and customer service teams.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

Organize and maintain all brand working files and marketing assets per company standards.

Facilitate monthly brand manager + management meetings to track progress across all strategic goals.

Prepare monthly performance reports, including KPI tracking, campaign ROI, sales feedback, and issue logs.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brand management, retail, or premium home/lifestyle categories

Proven ability to drive sales results through marketing and strategic collaboration

Experience working with influencers, PR agencies, and premium product campaigns

Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
