You’ll do

1. Top 3 Priority

  • Collaborating with the Product Team and BOD to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Designing and executing Growth & Inbound marketing activities
  • Managing Brand & Communications activities including PR, community engagement, social media and event marketing to enhance brand visibility and reputation.



2. Partnerships

  • Cultivating strategic partnerships and participating in partnership activities to expand the company's network and opportunities for growth.



3. Product & Performance Marketing

  • Conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, retention rates, and referrals to foster long-term customer relationships.



4. Team Management

  • Building and leading a highly effective marketing team (including Sales function), focusing on workflow, operation process, winning team culture, etc
  • Establishing clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs to track and measure the performance of the marketing department.
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as product, design, and customer success to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager or similar roles in a SaaS company
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (IELTS 6.5 - 7.0).
  • Background in fostering partnerships, community engagement, and driving global business development (B2B).
  • Track record of effectively leading and expanding product marketing strategies for SaaS/technology products on a global scale.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM and Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
  • Strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making, adept at handling both quantitative and qualitative data to track, measure, and assess campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
  • A leadership style that integrates both creative and analytical approaches.

    Plus:
  • Previous experience in managing teams of 10 people or more.
