Mô tả công việc

  • Prepare, review, and process import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, C/O, Customs Declaration, Import Licenses, etc.).
  • Ensure on-time inbound and outbound activities while optimizing operational costs.
  • Monitor and update vessel and flight schedules, and coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department on payments of related charges (freight, local charges, import duties, etc.).
  • Communicate and work with customs authorities, warehouses, and depots to ensure smooth clearance and timely cargo delivery.
  • Report cargo status after customs clearance.
  • Handle transportation issues, delivery incidents, and documentation.
  • Handle and promptly report any issues related to import documentation and customs procedures.

Yêu cầu

  • College/University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and documentation procedures.
  • English: good at listening, speaking, reading and writing (preferably candidates with Chinese)
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Age range: from 25 to under 33 years old
