Mô tả công việc

  • Master and adhere to the audio annotation guidelines (including style guides, rules and best practices).
  • Continuously learn and apply updated rules and feedback from the client, QA and project management.
  • Review, audit and label audio segments that have been pre-transcribed by a machine (Automatic Speech Recognition – ASR).
  • Transcribe Korean audio into written text when machine-generated transcriptions are inadequate.
  • The core purpose of the project is to improve the quality of Machine Learning (ML) models and contribute to the development of a more robust AI speech recognition system.

Yêu cầu

  • Nationality: Korean or Vietnamese.
  • Original ethnicity: Korean.
  • Language skills: Native level, TOPIK 6 (excellent listening skill) for non-native speakers.

Other:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Brand advocates. Loyal and passionate platform advocates understand the brand and relate to the sense of urgency to protect the community.
  • Digital skills & expertise. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with the use of digital platforms to review and flag inappropriate content.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to handle typing requirements during peak hours.
  • Matching experience in ASR is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Korean e-commerce, consumer products and cultural nuances is a plus.
