Mô tả công việc

  1. Planning, executing, and supervising in-store marketing activities including POSM production, promotional programs, and product displays.
  2. Ensuring POSM is produced, allocated, and displayed in accordance with brand guidelines and timelines.
  3. Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of suppliers’ marketing activities at store level (POSM setup, product sampling, mini games, activation etc.).
  4. Planning & Implementing store activation (Operation, communication) to increase traffic to stores.
  5. Reviewing contracts and acceptance documents related to supplier marketing activities.
  6. Managing and controlling the budget for POSM production and in-store marketing activities.
  7. Tracking implementation progress, collect execution images, analyze campaign results, and prepare performance reports.

Yêu cầu

  • From Associate's Degree to Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related major
  • At least 6 months of experience in Trade Marketing/ Instore Marketing
  • Knowledge of trade marketing and in-store activation.
  • Strong project coordination and time management.
  • Good communication and teamwork across departments.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Analytical thinking and reporting ability.
  • Budget tracking and cost control skills.
  • Understanding of advertising regulations and licensing requirements is a strong advantage.
