Growth Intern

We’re looking for a Growth Intern to join our dynamic Growth team — the engine that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data, creativity, and experimentation. You’ll work closely with Growth Managers to execute campaigns, optimize funnels, and build gamified loyalty experiences that delight users.

What You’ll Do

Growth & Marketing Tasks:

• Support in planning and executing growth & loyalty campaigns (acquisition, engagement, retention).
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns across app, social media, and partner networks.
• Help manage and test in-app gamification features and user missions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

• Support in handling paperwork and contracts with partners and vendors (printing, signing, filing).
• Prepare and follow up on payment requests, quotation, and purchase orders.
• Assist with meeting notes, scheduling, and internal documentation.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Passionate about digital marketing, growth hacking, and data-driven creativity.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, and have basic understanding of performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience with CRM or campaign tools (e.g., MoEngage, Clevertap, Meta Ads, Google Analytics) is a plus.
