2. Job Overview

We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive to drive recruitment efforts across domestic (50%) and international (50%) markets. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless logistics for global hires. This role is critical in building a high-performing, diverse team to support Prep’s rapid expansion.



3. Key Responsibilities

International Recruitment (50%)

Source, attract, and hire top talent across Prep’s key markets (SEA, APAC, etc.).

Manage relocation/visa logistics and ensure smooth onboarding for international hires.

Partner with local agencies and leverage global job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local networks).

Navigate cross-cultural hiring practices, employment laws, and compensation benchmarks.

Domestic Recruitment (50%)

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam-based roles (Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.).

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring strategies.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Optimize employer branding to attract top local talent.

Yêu cầu

Must-Have

2+ years in recruitment, with proven experience hiring internationally (relocation/visa processes).

Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and familiarity with global job markets.

Fluency in English (written/spoken); additional languages (Chinese, Thai…) are a plus.

Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring trends in multiple regions.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (HR, legal, hiring managers) in a fast-paced startup.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.

Familiarity with ATS/HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).

Strong data-driven mindset to track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate experience).

Working hours: 44h/weeks from Monday to Saturday morning. WFH on Saturday morning,

Starting Salary: 14,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND/month (gross) or negotiable based on skills and experience,

Performance Bonuses: Based on KPIs and work results.
