STUDENT RECRUITMENT
• Provide leadership and expertise in providing efficient and sales focused to the designated team and school-based enrolment staff.
• Oversee inquiries process and responsible for conversion rate from inquiries to enrolments.
• Meet with key corporate clients, business partners, leading the sales and marketing team in maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals.
• Develop and implement strategic students’ recruitment plans to accommodate corporate goals.
MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS
1. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:
• Comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Company’s brand and position within the marketplace and the general public and facilitate internal and external communications.
• Company marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including media relations, client acquisition, etc.
• Achievement of enrolments and marketing goals and target within the approved budget.
2. Build and maintain good relations with publications and TV stations' journalists to ensure maximum positive news exposure for the company.
3. Organize and coordinate with media agencies and other departments in the company in carrying out PR activities, promotional events, joined functions, etc. to promote the Company / schools as a whole.
4. Provide training to staff on marketing, communications and public relations.
5. Conduct relevant market research/survey, competitive market assessment and trends analysis, voice of the customer research, customer segmentation and strategic / SWOT analysis for appropriate action plan.
6. Identify opportunities related to changes in the industry; analyze internal revenue, margin data and analysis of relevant economic and industry data that impacts the products.
PLANNING AND BUDGETING
• Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing / communications / public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
• Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing / communications / public relations function.
OPERATIONS
• To work / coordinate among all schools to make sure that new policies/ changes/ applications from Company are carried out.
• To provide the Corporate Office with the necessary feedback on improvement methods for the operating systems currently implemented.
• To ensure that the management systems in place are upheld and strictly abided with as stipulated by the Company.
• To evaluate policies, decisions and responsibilities as instructed by the Board of Directors from time to time.
PRE – OPERATION
• To work with Architecture / technical teams for construction/ renovation/ improvement of floor plan, design,
requirement of furniture, equipment/ facilities set up.
• Coordinating and overseeing local projects within the assigned regions. To ensure the satisfactory and
successful completion of the said projects.
• To liaise with landlord, suppliers, contractors or vendors in respect of the project’s construction/ renovation/
equipment/ facilities set up.
• To schedule and co-ordinate project assigned and monitor the progress of work to ensure the successful
completion of the project.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in operations management, admissions, marketing & PR within the education sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with media partners and corporate clients.
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Experience with construction and facility renovation projects is a plus.
