Mô tả công việc

  • Receive support requests and issues related to software platforms.
  • Effectively process the first step of analysis to determine the impact/scope of the raised requests/issues.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Feedback to issue owners in a timely manner with useful information.
  • Support and resolve the in-house application issues using critical thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Communicate the problems and resolutions to the development team to improve
  • Update our internal question hub with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers!
  • Assist the development team members with testing and debugging.

Yêu cầu

  • You have more than 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service in any field.
  • You communicate fluently and confidently in English, especially in writing and speaking.
  • You’re comfortable working night shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
  • You’re able to work effectively under pressure, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
  • You have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

[Nice to have]

  • Experience in technical support or customer support in IT.
  • 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.
