  1. About Appen

    Appen is a global leader in providing high-quality training data and data-platform solutions

    that power enterprise AI — from text/audio labeling to large-scale image/video annotation

    and LLM customization . Appen combines a scalable platform and managed services to

    deliver trusted datasets for leading AI programs and enterprise customers.We are

    looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development to grow enterprise

    partnerships for our AI data services (data annotation, data collection, content moderation

    etc.).

  2. Key responsibilities

    - Develop and identify the client’s business needs for AI data services, and establish

    commercial relationships. Prospect, qualify and manage inbound and outbound

    leads; build a strong, predictable sales funnel to achieve revenue targets and sales

    KPIs.

    - Run consultative sales cycles with clients, translating technical requirements into

    commercial proposal (LLM projects, data platform subscriptions, managed

    annotation engagements) .

    - Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product and Legal to create

    replicable offer packs and pricing for local markets. Work closely with project team,

    to ensure smooth delivery.

    - Actively participate in industry events or exhibitions, client workshops ; gather

    market intelligence and competitor activity.

Yêu cầu

  • AI/IT B2B sales experiences across APAC or located territory, sales leadership

    (managing teams and P&L responsibility) would be a big plus.
  • Proven track record selling complex AI data se rv ice o r data solutions to large

    enterprises .
  • Strong APAC or located country network Experience closing multi-million dollar

    deals and structuring long-term commercial relationships.
  • Excellent business English; additional APAC languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Nice to have

- Direct experience selling data annotation, ML training data, or LLM

customization services.

- Exposure to procurement cycles at hyperscalers or large telcos/enterprises
