According to the assignment from Business development Manager, you’re expected to participate in activities that contribute to delivering company’s services to acquired clients. The activities include but do not limit to:
Follow up with paperwork, quotation & payment
● Be responsible for the on-time paperwork (campaign report, liquidation, invoice, contracts, quotation) according to templates provided by the manager.
● Source, connect, propose suitable vendors to provide quotation for services such as: designing, seeding, content writing,...
● Tracking due payments and taking needed actions to clients when the payment is overdue.
●Other requirements from the Business Development Manager (sourcing potential leads, designing files, basic tasks in account management, etc)
Attend occasional client meetings (offline or online) and provide meeting notes afterward
Report to Business Development Manager

1. Skills:
● Paperwork handling: know how to use Microsoft Office, and organize files, folders, and information.
Basic design skills: know how to design files, and presentations at a basic level.
Task management: know how to organize assigned tasks and get tasks done by importance & deadlines.
● Communication: know how to use communication tools like emails, google chat, viber, zalo
2. Mindset:
Get things done mindset, a high level of ownership in your assignments.
Details oriented in everything you involved.
Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and persistent to reach targets, even in difficult situations.
