Mô tả công việc
a. Teach and assess students.
- Prepare materials for the class (if necessary).
- Assess and provide feedback to students in the class, grade class assessments.
- Directly participate in teaching as required.
b. Contribute to curriculum development and support training programs.
- Develop and upgrade content, curriculum, teaching materials.
- Design regular and final exams for assigned programs.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials as required for programs.
c. Participate in the recruitment, training, support, and quality management of Vietnamese and foreign teachers.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to participate in trial teaching evaluations and teacher interviews as assigned.
- Provide orientation for new teachers on AROMA's work system, teaching methods, and curriculum framework.
- Observe and evaluate the teaching quality of teachers regularly.
- Maintain regular communication channels with teachers to update class situations and provide timely support.
- Coordinate teacher assignments, schedule class openings.
Yêu cầu
- Excellent English proficiency, particularly in listening, speaking, and pronunciation.
- Preference: IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90/530 or TOEIC 850 and above.
- Preference: Graduated in English education/English language or possess equivalent certifications such as TESOL/CELTA.
- Passion for teaching.
- Ability to handle pressure, proactive, responsible in tasks, good communication skills, and flexible in handling situations.
